Adobe are you guys actually serious 

lightroom over the past few months has went from a nessesary but decent platform for editing my pic to literal garbage 

all my folders have been deleted and nothing is working peroperly anymore

That isn't a very descriptive explanation of your problem. You haven't explained what version of Lightroom you were using previously, what version of Lightroom you are now using, and what problems you Are experiencing. What operating system are you using, and what are the problems you are having? What exact version of Lightroom are you now using? If you will take the time to explain what the problem is then perhaps someone will be able to provide some assistance. Incidentally, this is a user to user forum. Nearly everyone who participates here is just another user like yourself and not employed by Adobe.
