Hi,

For more than a year I used Lightroom n my Macbook Pro, but recently it won't open. I didn't changed my system.

When I try to open it, it doesn't open.

Is there any way to solve this or to contact Adobe Customer Service?

Thank you,
Adrian

What version are you using? Starting with the version 4.0 release in October, the system requirements have changed so that the minimum MacOS version supported is now 10.14 (Mojave).

I use 10.13.6.

I see that the newer update for Photoshop is not for my system so I cannot
update it.

Is there a way to roll back to the earlier version?

Thank you.

It would have been nice to have this also in the case of Lightroom.

Open the Creative Cloud desktop app, on the All Apps tab you should see the entry for Lightroom. Click on the three dots icon at the right-hand side of that line, select Other Versions from the drop-down list, then you see the option to install version 3.4.

Thank you Jim.

Unfortunately, there is no such option on my end, it says "Learn more" and no other versions.

Adobe support sent me version 3.

Thank you for your support!
