You can no longer sync photos from Elements to other devices as the previous service - Revel – has been discontinued and most of those customers will already have switched to Lightroom. You can of course import a PSE catalog into Lightroom otherwise only the Organizer is available which means a desktop based workflow only with the stripped down raw tools in PSE. Actually Lightroom & full Photoshop is available at a reasonable price if you only need limited or no clooud storeage.
