Lightroom features not showing on laptop version

I just opened lightroom for the first time on my laptop. There are alot of features missing. Why? can someone help

If you're comparing Lightroom 4 (the cloud version) with Lightroom Classic then that is why there are features "missing". There is no parity between the two versions. Lightroom 4 is designed differently for a different type of user and does not have the same feature set that Lightroom Classic has. Whether that difference narrows in the future remains to be seen.
