Lightroom for mobile

I purchased the lightroom app from the Google play store and I really like using it for quick projects. But I do want to get it for pc soon. My question is, if I purchase lightroom for pc, can I use that subscription for my phone as well? So instead of paying for 2 subscriptions, can I just pay the one?
