I bought the complete version of Lightroom mobile a few months ago. Once the app installed, I received a mail from Adobe telling me to download Lightroom on my computer too so I can use the full version on my laptop included to my purchase. Yesterday I tried to, and even if I'm connected to the same AppStore account on my Mac, a message tells me to subscribe the full version, that I already purchased with this account ! Do somebody know why can't I restore the purchase ? Adobe help services remain close at 10 a.m, so I'm asking to the users community. Thank you all.
