Lightroom is unable to restore my purchase on Mac

Hi guys,

 

I've been reading through posts but don't see anything that can help. I get the "This subscription has already been purchased from the Mac App Store with a different Adobe ID." 

 

I have reinstalled lightroom and still no luck.

 

I also downloaded Lightroom onto my Macbook and subscribed on my Macbook and have used my Apple ID for the entire process. I've used this sign in multiple times and this is the first time i get this error. I have also not logged into a different or new device which is infuriating..

 

Please help me? I have run out of options.
