Hi,

Ever since the June update Lightroom doesn't even get to the start screen before opening up a crash report dialogue. I've hunted for ways to fix this but nothings working, any ideas?

Win 10, V3.3

Thanks

Hi,

I had the same issue and have had a solution from Adobe. The first option worked for me.

Fantastic thanks, I've done that and now I'm back!

Does this mean I have to do this every time I want to use LR?

No, I've been on a couple of times since I'd done it and no problem, but worth remembering.

LATEST

The release numbers in this solution are incorrect. They should be 20150 and 20152. Both are dev or fast lane releases so its down to you. I'm not sure that disabling the GPU is appropriate but I cant take issue with reverting to a previous release.

EDIT: I have a surface book and disabled the Nvidia GPU - Lightroom did not crash. -
