I am beyond frustrated. My Lightroom keeps crashing after one or two simple tasks-  nothing else is running on my computer and I've already restarted my computer 8-10 times.
I have the latest version of Lightroom and just updated my Mac to Big Sur. What can I do?

Lightroom (Cloud) or Lightroom Classic (desktop with catalog)?

Any clues in the crash logs?

You should always wait to update your Mac operating system until you verify that the non-Apple programs you use are going to work properly... not only Adobe programs, the 2nd link below is about Avid... aimed at video editing, but it is a warning for ALL non-Apple program users

And, Apple's update sometimes isn't even compatible with itself

I do NOT know if these links will work with sur
