Lightroom mobile premium not showing editing functions on web

HI..my wife bought the LR mobile premium.  She has all the functionality within the app, but she doesn't have all the editing functionality on the web?  Is there something she can do to get access to everything she paid for?

TBMK- The Premium subscription (added to the 'Free' version, from Apple) only applies to 'Mobile Devices with the App- iPhones, iPads, Android Devices.

To use the Lightroom-Web editor , a subscription to Creative Cloud from Adobe is needed with the "Lightroom Plan 1Tb".
