Lightroom mobile restore purchase error

I had an issue back December 19 where my Lightroom expired, I updated my payment via Apple and Lightroom wouldn't restore.

 

I contacted Adobe, did everything the suggested including cancelling my subscription with Apple, then trying to start again after being refunded. You guys told me it was an issue I needed to bring to Apple, they've said there's no issue with my subscription. 

Anyone else had this issues? It's been months now, I've signed out... re-installed apps, I've signed in and out of my Apple account, but nothing has worked.

 

I'm very unhappy that I cannot seem to get a fix after 3 months.
