lightroom mouse lag

Hi

I wonder why my mouse pointer lags when i'm exporting while i am in the app itself, but if i change program, for exemple chrome, the pointer does not lag at all. There's a reason why? i run lightroom 2018

Would you mind sharing the exact version of Lightroom you are using? When exactly does the app freezes? Does it freezes or lags while editing the image?

Let's start with troubleshooting the GPU usage in Lightroom that might be causing the issue. Could you please uncheck the option "use graphics processor" under Preferences> Performance menu and let us know if that helps?
