Lightroom isn't working due to some error: "recursive load attempt reinstalled many times".
I've already un- and reinstalled it about 6 times now so that doesn't fix the issue... any idea on the reason behind this error?

As I mentioned above I've already tried these steps and unfortunately they did not fix the issue.
