Hello,

I literally can't find anyway to contact Adobe via it's website on this issue that isn't calling, my phone isn't working right now.

I have been abroad for 14 months and haven't used lightroom on my desktop for this time. I have now returned home and tried to load Lightroom on my desktop. It keeps loading, asking me to log in, I log in and it relaunches, and then asks me to log in again. I have tried logging in 5 times (and changed my password). It's not working. What do I do?

I have been using lightroom on my phone for 14 months and its been fine, but if its not working on my desktop I can't see the point of keeping it and continuing to pay for it.

Hi Lara,

That shouldn't be happening, have you tried updating Lightroom via the Creative Cloud Desktop app and see if that helps?
We've have recently updated the Creative Cloud app as well, would you mind checking if there's an update availble for Lightroom?

Regards,
Sahil
