Lightroom Presets appearing on Mobile but NOT on Desktop...

So I've searched and searched for a reason as to why this has happened and I for the life of me cannot figure it out.

One night I had shut my computer down after a Lightroom update and when I opened it the next morning, all my presets were gone. I've tried locating any of the preset files on my computer and I, for the life of me, can't find them. They are, however, still on Lightroom Mobile... I have both connected to one another so I can edit them on my phone, but I can't do the same on Desktop.

Is anyone able to help me? I don't particularly want to export all my presets on multiple images as .DNG and import them again...

Can you see them in Lightroom Web:

http://lightroom.adobe.com/

Thee only thing I can think off is that 'Show Partially Compatible Presets' may be turned off (via the three dot menu)

Hi! Thank you for the reply. I ended up finding a solution. I think the folder itself was corrupted on the computer as switching them to a new folder worked.

I will say, I tried the 'show partially compatible presets' check was on, so it wasn't that. Having to manually move all my Presets was tedious but it wasn't bad. Just lucky I didn't lose everything.
