I want to edit my photos on lightroom however when I launched it, it says that subscription is expired and that I have to renew first to edit. When I pressed the renew button it said that I renewed already and it is ready to use but I can't still access it. I am in my student e-mail account which said that adobe softwares are accessible to us until we graduate. What can I do?
