Lightroom says Subscription is Expired

I recieved a prepaid code for Adobe a couple months ago and I have had this issue for a while but I couldnt fix it. I contacted support but they said that my plan doesnt include Light room and that my account has some weird other version of adobe plans. But my account says i have Creative Cloud All apps and that lightroom is included. 


Lightroom has a renew link in the desktop app and when i click it, i just recieve a message saying its ready to use but nothing changes and i still cant use it.


Any help? i need lightroom and ill probably end up having to pay for it again but im not in a place to fork that out right now. but i do need lightroom right now
