What features do you think you can't use? What error messages? And exactly which Lightroom app do you mean - Classic (whale splash screen), Cloudy (dog splash screen) or one of those on iOS or Android.

Could you try to sign-in with the adobe-id which you use for this forum. This is the one which has the correct Lr Mobile subscription applied. hope this helps. -Guido/Lr Mobile QE
