I am running Adobe Lightroom Version 3.3 on a brand new windows computer.
Everytime I try to upload new images the software with freeze. Even somtimes just opening the software it will freeze. This has been a long running issue and I could initially minimise the freezing by emptying my library. But now even an empty library wont solve the issue. It crashes every single time.

Can anyone please offer any fixes for this?

I have copied the system info here if this helps:

Your PC appears to have pretty good specs but it may be worth checking the GPU settings. Go to:

Edit >> Preferences >> Performance

If “use graphics processor” is set to Auto try changing it to Off. Re-start Lr and let us know if that makes any difference.
