Lightroom will not open on windows 10

So when I first downloaded lightroom to my PC it worked fine. Nothing changed I tried opening the other day and it says

"Could not run script: OrganizeModuleFacctory.lua"

Error: module 'Activityutil' not found:

no field package.preload{'Activityulis'}

no file \ActivityUlis.dll

no file 'C\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Lightroom CC\ActivityUlis.dll'

no file 'C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Lightroom CC\loadall.dll'

VPN is turned off

I will add that my Photoshop works fine as well as Lightroom Classic.
