Lightroom won't let me view or access my photos

I had a wedding I was working on and just about finished with, and then there was a problem (I don't remember what) with my creative cloud and it said I needed to reinstall a new version. I did that, was almost done editing the photos and then Lightroom started going really slow, and now I can't access more than 5 photos from the wedding. I was wondering if there was any way for me to fix this? It's not just in the one album either, it's with all of my photos. Almost all of them are black squares, and I can't view, edit, or export them.

It seems like the Album with 247 photos is still syncing (indicated by the blue circle).
