Everytime I open Lightroom (not classic), it crashes on launch. Is anyone else having this issue? I have uninstalled and reinstalled and reset all of my presets and settings.

I have a same issue. the message "adobe lightroom quit unexpectedly" and it won't reopen. I unistall and reinstall the app but nothing changes.

Can you check the system requirements..... for instance on Mac OS you now need 10.14 with the new release of Lightroom 4.0
