Ligthroom annual plane purchased, plan doesn't work

Dears,

I'm Sabrina from Italy.

I need your support about my adobe plan.

I have a Chrome, Mac OS X EL CAPTAN version 10.11.6.

In January I used trial version of plan an it worked griet!

Then I purchased the annual plan 20GB, including Lightroom Classin and Photoshop.

During February Ligthroom Classic worked ok, then it update to a recent version.

Now my mac version not support the new version of Ligthroom.

I'm paying for a service tha I dont'have!

What can I do?

Use the cloud manager to install the previous version that works for you, and never upgrade again
