Hi,

I had opted for storing a copy of all files locally. But something went wrong and only 10GB of 120GB was downloaded into that folder. However, lightroom tells me there is a local copy of everything.

How can I reset this? I tried to remove the option, restart the program, but it just keep on telling me the files have now a local copy. I even deleted the folder in which the local copies should be stored...and still lightroom tells me everything is fine.

So, how do I reset the download of a local copy?

Thanks

I uninstalled the program and removed the all files manually:

After a re-installation the sync started again. Would have been great with a feature to force it to sync! But some file somewhere told lightroom it was in sync when it was not... well, problem solved.

Can you share some screen captures? Where are the local copies saving too? Take a screen capture of the preferences. Where is it telling you that there is a local copy of everything? Take a screen capture of that too. Share as much information as you can and maybe we can help you figure out what is going on.
