Long startup time Lightroom Classic

Hey, I have often problems with long startup time in Lightroom Classic. It often takes several minutes, but not every time. I have about 40.000 images i my catalog.

I have one Collection where the images are stored, they take about 600GB. There are gigabit wired and 5GHz WiFi betwen my PC and the severe.

I have tried to copy the complete Collection to my D drive and started up Lightroom using this location instead, but that did not really help.

What is Lightroom doing at startup that takes so long time?

Is there anything I can do to speed it up?

I run on Windows 10.

I will admit that I'm grabbing at straws here. But when you say that Lightroom often takes minutes to start but sometimes doesn't, that would seem to me that Lightroom is sometimes waiting for a hard drive that has gone to sleep. Just an observation, I'm not an expert here.
