I made all changes in an image file in LR.  Later, I decided I wanted to rename the file.  It lost all the changes I had made regarding color, exposure, contrast, etc.  Is there a way to rename a file without losing all your work done to it?

How did you rename that file? You must do this from within Lightroom.
