Hey everyone! My Lightroom was glitching so I deleted the app. I had an account and thought everything would be okay. Nope reloaded and logged in. All my presets are gone! Payed for them and now super bummed I don't have them. Is there a way to get them back?

I assume you are talking about Lightroom Mobile? If you have a Premium account, then the pictures and presets should be stored in the cloud, so logging into your account again should make them available again. If you do not have a Premium account then the pictures and presets were only stored on the device and by deleting the app you deleted the app data.

What you could try is to restored your phone from an earlier iOS back-up if you have one recently created.

With that all presets are transferred + preserved. As Johan mentioned, with deleting the app you deleted the app data.

btw. was you thinking that the presets are somehow stored as part of iCloud? Hope this helps,  Guido/ Lr Mobile QE
