Since the last Lightroom update my loupedeck 1 does not work. Loupedeck have been helpful in explaining which download might help BUT none are sucessful. Is Adobe aware of this ? As a partially disabled user, the loupedeck is invaluable in helping me - now I cannot use the develop module at all. Can anyone at Adobe helpor am I now further "disabled" having spent money on a fine item which now does not work through no fault of my own.
