LR does not respond

I have been running LR on Windows 10 since some months. But my OneDrive got full and LR did not respond any more (Message "Le programme ne répond pas"). To free space, I deleted the catalog preview from OneDrive (and put it on my D drive). This did not fix the problem. I still cannot open the program and therefore have no access to the preferences. Any advice to a "naive" user would help. Thank you.

The problem has been fixed. I used "Creative Cloud Desktop" to open LR.
