LR Fatal SQLite Corruption error message

Received this message today. Uninstalled and reinstalled LR Classic. Cannot open any catalog or backup. What should I do?

Try starting Lightroom while holding the option key. Select your catalog and select "test integrity of this catalog". If you are very lucky it might be able to repair it. If not, you'll have to restore the catalog from a backup. By default Classic stores backups next to the catalog file and you might be able to get going again from the last backup. You might also have a backup you made yourself with your normal backup strategy (hopefully you have one).
