LrC 9.3 crashing

Hi

Just installed the latest version of LrC 9.3 and it crashes frequently (Windows blue screen).

This has occurred during the following procedures:-

Importing images; Using the Map function; Switching between Library and Develop.

It is too unstable to use at the moment.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You should have moved this post and most of the others you recently moved to the Lightroom Classic forum.

LrC = Lightroom Classic 9.3 = Lightroom Classic

Lr = Lightroom desktop  3.3 = Lightroom desktop

Blue screen crash normally suggests a hardware or driver related issue. With Lightroom Classic that's often due to GPU or graphic card drivers. Try disabling the GPU in the Preferences > Performance panel. You should also have a look at:

Have disabled GPU as suggested, the problem appears to be solved.
