Luminosity / Color masking for gradients

Does anyone know where is the luminosity / color range masking functionality for gradients in the modern Lightroom?

There is no "modern Lightroom". There are two versions of Lightroom, and both are current. Lightroom Classic does have the range mask option I think you are talking about, Lightroom (desktop, cloud) does not yet have this option.
