Why am I unable to hold Control or Command and use the up and down slider to zoom in here. Am I missing a setting somewhere?
Thanks much in advance. I seem to be missing a lot of stuff in the newer apps. 🙂

Hi Alex,

That shouldn't be happening, could you please let us know the version of Lightroom you're working with?

Also, do you have a secodanry mouse you can test with Lightroom?

Does it happen with any other app?

Regards,
Sahil

It updates regularly. Whatever build the newest 3.0 is on creative cloud. OSX 10.15.1.
Holding cmd control or option don't seem to do much in Lightroom. I can't find where to set the keyboard shortcuts or even where to side-by-side compare two photos in there (given that even a 2018 MBP 2.6ghz is so slow switching between RAW photos, I'm really missing this compare). 😕 So lost.

I believe the reason for the confusion is that you're not using Lightroom Classic, could you try installing LR Classic from the Creative Cloud app and see if it helps?
