- Hi, I seem to be missing 2,000 photos that are on my laptop Lightroom but missing from my phone Lightroom app. However, all settings for both versions indicate syncing has taken place and is up to date.
The unsynced photos sit in a number of folders on the laptop in Lightroom that do not have the sync symbol. Nothing I do seems to make the sync symbol appear. Btw I have the same updated versions of LR software on laptop and phone.
can anyone help please?
