Moving LR Catalog From Old to New Mac computer

How do I move the Lightroom Classic release 9.4 catalog on High Sierra on my old Mac to my new Mac with Catalina and running Lightroom Classic Running Release 10.0?

After transferring all the files, as per the article, when you 'open' the Catalog it will want to upgrade the catalog to work with Version 10.0.
