my lightroom cant connect internet

Hey guys, I've got a new laptop so I really really wanted to download Lightroom but it couldn't open. It always said "no internet connection", I have deleted this app then opened it again, nothing's changed.

Pls someone help me fix this error, I couldn't add my ficture to Lightroom :((((

Hi there,

Sorry that you're unable to connect Lightroom to the internet as it keeps saying "No Internet Connection".

Which version of Lightroom are you using? Lightroom Classic or Lightroom Desktop?

Are you able to download Lightroom from the Creative Cloud Desktop app?
