My Lightroom often does not connect to internet. How do I solve this?

I open the software and seems like 1/3 times there is an issue where it doesnt sink with my cloud storage. I can't access my photo library and usually have to close and repopen multiple times before it sinks on its own. Anyone know how to deal with this??

So you are using the Cloud base Lightroom Desktop program on your computer?

Just trying to be clear on which version of Lr you are using.
