New computer - loading lightroon 4.4

I spent the better part of the morning online with Adobe suport to get a copy of Lightroom 4.4 downloaded to my new computer. After completing that process, the system will only take my serial key as an "upgrade key" and is asking for my original key.  I have emails from the original purhcase with the key and registerd the product on Adobe with the same original key... Adobe help threw up their hands and said to post on this forum for assistance.  Please help

Launch the application, sign-in and lisence the software. You should be able to enter the Lr4 serial key and the one for the previous version.

I only have one serial key - from the original purchase.  It's asking for two serial keys
