Hi,

I have been searching for an age to fix this - maybe you can help? I have s9me presets on my desktop CC version and trying to sync these with my iPad Pro CC but after making sure both are synced together and restarting etc, presets do not show. I also found some instructions that required me to import the preset but when I click on the three dots, I only have manage presets - I have no ‘import preset’ option.

Has anyone else successfully managed to sync presets to iPad? Is there a setting I’ve missed along the way?

Thanks in advance!

What type of image have you selected on the iPad? If you have selected a non-raw image, then presets that apply a raw profile do not show. Same for presets that apply a camera-specific raw profile. They do not show if you have selected an image from another camera.
