Nuugraphics - lightroom preset

I keep getting a download zip file from Nuugraphics for a free preset for Lightroom, yet I have never asked for it. I have deleted the zip file but it keeps redownloading everyday. Along with the zip file it also downloads a mimetype file, not sure what this is. H

How do I stop this download from happening?

I have this too. But for me it reappears after my MacBook Pro hangs on a restart and I need to creash it down. How to I get rid of this and where is it hiding?
