I have paid for my subscription. I have traveled to the Middle East from North America on work. Now I find out I have lost my original account with my work. I purchased it again using the same email nlfirstaid@gmail.com. It still won't allow me to access yet the payment schedule has been received. It said I am denied the free trial. Very frustrating. And no way of contacting anyone. Soon looking for another product....can someone assist????
