I hope someone can help here, unfortunately Customer Service could not and asked me to check here.
I've been issued a new MasterCard, the ither one expired a few days ago and I just renewed my Lightroom Cc Mobile subscription. Seems the payment stuck, didn’t go through although amongst other subscriptions, my Apple ID shows this one as well as renewed. I got in touch with Customer Service,they asked me to double check with Apple-which I did, they see the payment as processed. Some 20 minutes ago I got a "Welcome to Lightroom Mobile Premium" notification from the app, so I opened it. After some time (reloading) again, it says I have to renew. Again I checked with Apple and my bank (the fee was withdrawn from my account too), and I saw the payment as processed.
This is a user to user forum. We are all just users like yourself. We don't have any access to any records, and cannot do anything about your account. The problem is that I was advised exactly by the Customer Care to try here, exactly by the link you just quoted, in my account. I talked to two assistants, absolutely useless. Good to keep this in mind.
