Photo Text box and Page Text box not highlighted in Book Module LR5

Using LR5.5.1 While in the book module under Text the boxes for Photo and Page text will not check.

You need at least one page selected (with the yellow highlight) to be able to check "Page Text".

You need a Photo Cell selected to be able to check "Photo Text".

Explain more if not seeing this.
