plugins to adobe lightroom

anyone hwo knows??? im new at this, want to play with layers in adobe lightroom but need a plugin, can i download ononesoftware??

Which app are you referring to? "Adobe Lightroom" is the current name of the "cloud-centric" app which runs on a desktop, and which does not yet support plug-ins. "Adobe Lightroom Classic" is the current name of the traditional desktop-based app, and which does support plug-ins, including OnOne's. IIRC, when you download and install the OnOne software it will automatically install the various plug-ins if Lightroom Classic is already installed on the system.
