Preset Organisation

I am trying to organize my presets and it is very frustrating. 

I have 3 file packs, one is my own, and a couple from content creators. Now there is one where the file is on its own and then separated by a grey separator and it makes it very clear when you open those presets where they start and end. But the other two are bunched together without a separator and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to put a separator in. 

Any answers would be massively appreciated.
