Presets disappeared

Hi,

A while ago I posted a question here and unfortunately the issue is still unsolved. I lost all (hundreds) of my presets in the lightroom mobile app. Also cannot see them on my computer. I've tried resetting, restarting, etc etc but am out of options now. Is there a way of getting them back or do I have to reinstall every single preset all over again?

On which OS version have you experienced this issue. On iOS? If so have you updated to a new phone?  Hope to get a clue about your issue soon - Guido/ Lr Mobile QE

yes, on iOS and I had the same phone when I got the presets.

and do you have more than one Adobe-id in use?

Hi,

thanks for still trying to have an solution for me. 
I've got 2 accounts now (only realised it after the presets disappeared and I logged out from my account to log back in and see if they come back, which they didn't)
