Presets missing after purchasing an iPhone 11

So I got the nes iphone 11 a few days ago and I just purchased a new pack on Lightroom but when I look at all my packs only my most recent purchases show up. I can't find the presets I got before getting my new phone, any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about the missing presets, could you please let us know if you have a trila or a subscription?

Also, before you got iPhone 11, did you presets sync to Cloud? If yes, then check here and see if the presets are there: https://lightroom.adobe.com/libraries
