Presets not showing on Lightroom Desktop

Hello, 

I have quite a few interesting presets on my phone that I would like to use on my desktop. As I've never used them before on my desktop I got surprised as I realized my user presets don't show up in my computer and I really have no idea why this is happening. It says here on my app that everything is synced up. What should I do to get them on my computer? Thank you so much

What desktop version are you using? Presets should sync to Lightroom desktop, but they do not sync to Lightroom Classic.
