I just purchased Lr presets online, follow the instructions to import them into my Lightroom CC 3.1, and it wouldn't show up. When I tried it again, it said that the presets are already saved, but it's no where to be seen. Anyone could help me with this? :')
Are these presets, or perhaps profiles? Profiles show up at the top of the Edit panel, but you need to click on the icon with the four squares to get the profile browser. The pull down menu only shows your favorite profiles, and newly imported profiles have of course not yet been marked as favorites.
Did you manage to get it sorted? I am having the same problem. Presets are saved, but not showing up when I try to apply them. The relevant folder is ticked in the settings.
