Problem with viewer screen after update windows 10 no reply from Adobe need this for my work

Having contacting adobe several times still no reply regarding lightroom viewer issue no phone number for contact tryed re installing no joy

This type of corruption is often because of Graphic Card & Driver issues.

Try turning the Performance  / Graphics Processor option 'off' in Preferences, and restart the computer.

And might be useful to re-install or update graphic card drivers from the OEM. (Windows updates sometimes cause problems!)
